Shooting - Wed 10th & 17th Feb - Emsworth/Rowlandscastle PM
Swim training - Every Tues pm - Westgate public pool following a program - For entry fee info please contact Jane.
Running - following a program
Jane will organise a training programme for swimming and running. Shooting practise will take place at the Emsworth/Rowlands Castle range on Wednesdays. Please call Jane R for forward dates. If any parent would like to help with any of the activities it would be gratefully appreciated.

Pony club biathlon - Running & swimming
We have competitors starting at 4yrs old up to parent’s teams. At 8yrs old you can start shooting, and when you can ride a 2'3 XC course you can compete at Tetrathlon
If you wish to compete at either Tetrathlon or Triathlon then you must have come to a shoot practice beforehand. It is not necessary to own a pistol, as the club have some for your use.
